What Do You Think . . . has been a difficult gap to fill?

We all have both strengths and weaknesses.  One of the practices that make a team effective is assembling a combination of individual strengths that compensate for, or offset, individual weaknesses.  However, some weaknesses or gaps are more difficult to overcome than others.  On the teams in which you have been a part, what have you found to be a difficult gap to fill?  Please share in the comment box below.
