Common Sense Leaders

 While it is important for a leader to be able to see the big picture, it is even more important for a Christian leader to see the picture from God’s perspective.  Recognizing His hand and His purpose in the circumstances has a profound effect on your purpose and motivation.  However, it is often not our first response to have an awareness of God’s involvement, therefore we must be intentional about having this view.
