I am an experienced leader, educator, and agent of change, with a Ph.D. in Leadership from Andrews University and over 20 years of experience in leading Christian schools through significant change and growth. I earned my B.A. in Christian Thought – Biblical Studies from Liberty University and an M.A. in Christian Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary. Currently I am the high school principal at Heritage Christian School, Indianapolis, Indiana, and I am an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business and Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
My experience and abilites are in areas of leadership, administration, teaching, and communication, and I have used these gifts in four different Christian schools. I have been instrumental as a change-agent, bringing about significant change, innovation, and growth, and have been viewed as an innovator in Christian education and as a highly effective and relational leader.
My goal with this site is to communicate simple, sensible, and practical leadership wisdom gleaned from knowledge of the theory and practice of leadership. I want to put tools and ideas that make sense into the hands of leaders, to help them more effectively lead their organizations and institutions.
Jeff,
I just wanted to drop you a line and say THANKS for publishing your encouraging book on purpose. Great work and a great help for my teen-aged kids as well as for us adults. I think you hit it spot on and the book will help many in search of their purpose. Great job and TANKS again.
Tom Nieter
Thank you, Tom, I appreciate the encouragement!
